User-Generated Content: We store video and audio transcripts generated by our AI services, but we do not store the original media files.

Feedback Data: If you submit feedback through our form, we store your responses. If you consent, we may use your email to send updates about new features.

OAuth Authentication: When you sign up via Google or GitHub.

Supabase: Where we store your account information and generated transcripts.

Supabase (storing user data and transcripts)
Deepgram (AI-generated transcription)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Your account data is stored as long as you have an active account.
Your transcripts are stored in our system until you delete them.
If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted, except for any feedback form responses.

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 16 years old. If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us at contact@jackchristian.uk to request data deletion.
